Intro to Canine Reproductive Ultrasound Online Training - Fri. May 27th, 2022
Interested in learning canine pregnancy ultrasound? Or, have an ultrasound machine and want to learn more about settings and getting the most out of your machine?
This online course provides you with the skills to safely, methodically and confidently identify pregnancy in your dog’s using ultrasound.
Join us on Friday May 27th at 1 PM EST/10 AM PST for a live, interactive 2 hr. Canine Pregnancy Ultrasound Training with sonographer, Catherine Stowell.
Suitable for a range of abilities, Catherine will equip you with the knowledge you need to scan for pregnancy confidently and competently.
Catherine has been teaching veterinary ultrasound since 2010. In 2014, Catherine undertook a Masters degree in Medical Ultrasound at Imperial College, London. Graduating in 2015, she then obtained full British Society of Echocardiography accreditation in 2017.
A practicing, qualified sonographer, specialising in small animal pregnancy and cardiac ultrasound, Catherine is also the author of the book 'Ultrasound in Canine Pregnancy Scanning', as well as a number of published academic papers on sonography.
You will need:
- A computer/laptop/tablet: You can use a phone if that's all you have, but it will be difficult for you to see the slides.

Zoom: Please make sure this is installed on your device before the start time to avoid last-minute panic!
- At least two sheets of paper (preferably plain) and a pencil or pen for drawing. If you like to take notes, remember to bring a notebook as well.
